Ingredients:
5 whole eggs
1/4 tsp. salt
2 Tbsp. unflavored gelatin
Mix well until foamy or frothy with an immersion blender, standard blender, or hand mixer.
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Pour the egg/gelatin mixture onto the parchment and smooth. Bake in a preheated 350 degree oven for 5-6 minutes or until set. Remove from oven and let cool on a cooling rack. Roll the pasta sheet like a jelly roll and cut into thin strips with a sharp knife. Fluff the noodles before serving.
If you are making the noodles well in advance of your meal, you can leave it in a large sheet or roll into a log. It can be stored in the refrigerator for a couple of days or seal it well and freeze for up to a month. The cut noodles will also freeze, but take up much more room.
