Ingredients
½ cup buttermilk powder
2 tablespoons dried parsley
1 teaspoon dried dill
1 tablespoon onion powder
2 teaspoons onion flake
1 ½ teaspoons garlic powder
¾ teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon black pepper
2 teaspoons dried chives
Combine all the ingredients in a bowl. Whisk them briskly until they are thoroughly mixed and well-blended. You can use fresh herbs, however, use two to three times the amount.
Add to half and half for dressing
Mix with mayo and sour cream for a dip
Add to tuna salad
Add to yolks of deviled eggs
Alternatively- leave out the buttermilk powder. Mix the dry ingredients with fresh buttermilk for a dressing.
