May 1, 2024: This is a very low carb cream cheese and egg based recipe for a microwave cupcake like dessert or snack that's remarkably delicious and can be prepared in a variety of flavors including almond/poppy seed, Orange Hazelnut, chocolate almond, or whatever you can imagine. It will not work in the oven because the microwave causes moisture in the batter to flash into steam which is the bulk of the leavening.
